You can help

From Sunday 26 April, the day when the Virgin Money London Marathon would have taken place, join the rest of the UK for The 2.6  Challenge.

The 2.6 Challenge can be any activity you like – from running 2.6 miles to holding an online workout with 26 of your friends.

Whatever your age or ability, you can take part. After all, we’re not looking for superheroes. We’re looking for Home Heroes.

You can do it at home

The #TwoPointSixChallenge is your chance to be a Home Hero and raise funds from your very own living room, bedroom, balcony or garden!

There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time. The main thing is to get active, have fun, pledge whatever you can to help or fundraise for Imago Community.

You can choose your challenge and set up a fundraising page:

"Most of you will know that my nan nan works for Imago. This weekend some of nan’s colleagues are doing the 2.6 challenge to raise much needed funds for Imago.

Imago is a charity that is responding to the needs of the most vulnerable in our community while we are in lockdown and fighting coronavirus.

You can help me to help the 26,000 people who look to Imago for support They include Young Carers, children with disabilities, adults with complex needs or isolated older adults and unpaid Carers

imago are facing a reduced income due to our charity shop having to close for now, fundraising events being cancelled and people not able to pop coins in our collection tins.

I will draw, paint, colour and decorate 26 rainbows on Sunday 26th April 2020. Please donate as much as you can to help me to help nan nan and her colleague to continue to make a difference."
