Admin Team Leader

We’re looking for the right person to lead our admin team based at our Ashford Navigation Centre. The team supports our service working with carers, older people and adults with complex needs by processing referrals, managing a dedicated phone line, and providing information, advice and guidance to clients, families and professionals.  

  

The role requires effective leadership and the ability to develop a strong team culture.

  

You will have responsibility for training and developing staff, and managing day-to-day operations; ensuring targets and outcomes are met. You’ll use your experience to support the team to manage challenging and complex situations. The ability to prioritise and adapt are key skills.
