Business Admin Apprentice


Are you a quick learner, reliable and looking to learn new skills?


This is an exciting 1 year opportunity to join head office team. As a business admin apprentice you will provide essential administrative support and carry out reception duties.


Based in a fast-paced office, you will deal with incoming enquiries in person, by phone, and email. You will have the opportunity to develop confidence in communicating with clients, professionals, businesses and the general public. You should have a pleasant telephone manner, good writing style and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.


You will process incoming and outgoing mail, prepare papers and rooms for meetings, and complete general admin tasks. Good communication, the ability to follow processes, excellent data entry skills, speed and accuracy are key, and you will be trained to use our bespoke systems.


This role offers core support for our Central Service and Leadership Teams, and is a great introduction to working in an office environment and the voluntary sector. You should expect to achieve NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service. 


We are recruiting for an immediate start and f ull training is provided. To meet funding requirements, the applicants must be aged 17-24 and not in education, employment or training, and be registered as unemployed.
