Carers Support Navigator – Wellbeing Matters

Do you want to make a difference?

That’s what we do at Imago.

We help some of the most vulnerable people in society to make changes and improve their wellbeing.

We’re looking for bright, hardworking people to join our new Wellbeing Matters service in Swale or Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley.

It’s a great opportunity to support adults who need extra help for all sorts of reasons to navigate their way through health, social care and community services; and think about what will best improve their health and wellbeing, and make it happen.

Navigators bring their own experience to the role.

You might have worked in a formal setting, completing assessments and support plans, or directly providing social care or health services. Perhaps you have worked or volunteered in a community setting, or are looking to give something back to your own local community. Or maybe you have personal experience of accessing services for yourself, a relative or friend.

It’s a really varied role, and you’ll spend time visiting people in their own homes or in community settings, speaking to individuals and families. You’ll get to know local services, build networks and work in partnership with other agencies. There are also opportunities to work alongside colleagues in a friendly team so you will feel fully supported in the role.
