Children and Adult Support Coordinators Maternity Cover

Time to try something new?

We are looking for maternity cover for various roles working with children and young people, or vulnerable adults.

The roles are largely community based, with some office-based or home working. Depending on the role, you may be carrying out a mix of home visits and assessments, communicating with clients and families virtually or by phone, liaising with other professionals and services, or delivering workshops and activities.

Applicants must be able to establish relationships quickly, communicate effectively and build trust. You should be proactive, motivated and able to work well as part of a team and on your own.

You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding and boundaries in all aspects of your work.

Fixed term contracts are available for 9 months, with a potential 3 month extension. Salary is pro rata for the period. Ideally, we are looking for full time hours, but part time hours would be considered for the right candidate. The role may include some evening and weekend hours.

Positions are available in Kent and Medway, and post holders are expected to be flexible regarding location. Driver with access to their own car is essential.

Be part of something amazing.
