During this time of uncertainty during the Coronavirus pandemic, Imago is pleased to be in a position to recruit new staff. We are doing things a little differently with virtual interviews being held by the power of the internet, and a period of home working as we remotely provide services to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. We are ready to welcome new members to our team, ensuring that everyone receives the support and training to be able to make a difference.

Ready for a new challenge?

We are looking for organised, self-motivated and confident individuals to join our Social Prescribing team working with adults with complex and mental health needs, helping them to access the support they need to live independent and healthier lives.

The position is based in Sevenoaks, and applicants must have experience of working with adults, and a background in medical or social care. Additionally, this is a specialist mental health role requiring experience of delivering mental health support to clients or groups.

You will work alongside multiple GP practices, independently managing a caseload and new referrals, providing personalised support and connecting patients with health and community services to improve independent living, health and wellbeing. It is essential that you have an understanding of how to prioritise need, and be able to recognise when to refer on to specialist services, being confident in your ability to communicate at different levels across both the health and social care sectors.

You will need to demonstrate a robust knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding and boundaries in all aspects of your work. Car driver essential.
