Our Young Carer services take to the air!

Imago celebrated Young Carers Awareness Day on 30th January with by taking to the air, with radio interviews across Kent.

In Surrey Quays Shopping Centre our Southwark, Havering and Bexley Young Carers services were out talking to the public and raising awareness.

East Sussex Young Carers showed how their schools support them, or what they would like them to do to help them in their caring roles.

Staff also supported the Carers Trust’s #CountMeIn campaign on facebook and twitter.

#1in5 secondary school pupils care for a family member – it can be lonely and stressful and lead to mental health problems.
