Prudential My RideLondon 2020

August 15-16th 2020

Open to all!

Free to take part!

Ride anywhere!

Cycle a distance you choose, on a bike/trike/scooter/exercise bike...

Raise £10 or more to support one of our services.

You will have heard of the Prudential RideLondon, but this year, due to its cancellation, the organisers have turned their efforts towards fundraising by launching Prudential My RideLondon. Each rider can enter and ride for free, to any distance they choose – one of the traditional 19miles, 46miles or 100miles or another distance entirely. The ride can be anywhere the rider likes, from home, a favourite circuit or route, it does not take place at the Surrey circuit this year. It can be on a bike/tandem/adaptive cycle/trike/exercise bike/scooter even, on the weekend of the 15-16th August. They are encouraged to raise funds for charity as the UK’s charities are really struggling due to Covid-19 increasing demand on services and seeing massive reduction in fundraising and donations. Though it could be that instead of asking for sponsorship, each rider donates the cost of the coffee and cake they would have had on a ride.

If you are looking to take part and haven’t chosen a charity then I would like to offer local charity Imago as an option. Imago has been supporting vulnerable children and adults here in Kent since 1964 and currently supports over 26,000 individuals. We support Young Carers, children with disabilities, youth mental health, adults with complex needs, isolated older people and adult carers. We cover Kent, East Sussex, Medway, Southwark, Greenwich, Havering and Bexley with different services.

The process to register is straight forward and open!
