Tonbridge Lions Club Community Fete and Fun Dog Show Sunday 11th June 2023

Tonbridge Lions Club is organising a Community Fete and Fun Dog Show on the Tonbridge Castle Lawn and surrounding area on the 11th June 2023, with the support of Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.

The Bacchus Wind Orchestra will play by the Watergate entrance from 11.00am to12.30pm and the

Community Fete and Fun Dog Show will commence at 12 noon on the Castle Lawn. There will be a array of activities to enjoy for the whole of the afternoon including tombola’s, a coconut shy, “Soak your Dad in the stocks”, tin pan alley together with stalls selling toys, books, cakes and other items. The Kiddies Corner will include a children’s entertainer and magician. In the main arena an entertaining selection of acts will perform throughout the afternoon with vocalist Ian Buck, the 17th Tonbridge Scout & Guide Band, Pauline Quirk Dance Company, Tonbridge Rock Choir and family entertainer Niki Naki Noo. Hot and cold food, drinks, ice creams and scrumptious cream teas will also be available.

In the Castle Walk area there will be once again a Fun Dog Show with six classes ranging from The Prettiest Girl to The Happiest Dog, pay on the day £2 per class. The Dog Show will start at 12.00pm, entries from 11am.

All proceeds from the Community Fete and Fun Dog Show will benefit local charities and organisations.
