Community Transport

Provided by our friendly team of volunteer drivers in West Kent, Dial2Drive is a transport scheme for those unable to access public transport due to older age, illness or disability.

Being a young carer can mean different things to different people. It’s important to know, if you are under 18 and providing care, support is available. Find out how we can help.

The support group has been very beneficial. It's really lovely to hear what techniques others are benefitting from and to have a place to talk with people in a similar situation to me.
