AI and Automation
Nick Ellis from Select Technology
Tuesday 9th September 2025 10:30am - 12:30pm

Imago is offering all voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in Kent free online training, funded by Kent County Council’s Infrastructure Support Fund. The first in the series is on AI and automation.

AI is transforming the way organisations work and the voluntary sector is no exception. From automating repetitive admin to writing funding bids in minutes, AI tools can help charities, social enterprises, and community groups do more with less. And you don’t need a big budget or a full tech team to get started.

In this practical, jargon-free session, we’ll explore:

  • Where AI came from and where it’s heading
A brief history of AI, its rapid evolution, and what this means for people, processes and privacy.
  • How you can use AI right now to improve your organisation
Practical, low-cost tools to save time, reduce manual errors and amplify your team’s impact.
  • Microsoft Copilot in action
See how to draft a funding proposal in under five minutes in a live interactive demo.
  • The Power of the prompt
Tips on how to write AI prompts that deliver the results you need
