Supporting young carers in Thanet

Thank you, Thanet Serenaders for raising £450 for young carers!

A community based choir in Thanet have raised and amazing £450 at their recent Wine & Wisdom evening.

These funds will go towards providing activities for our young carers living in Thanet so they can take a break from their caring role, make new friends, build confidence and have fun!
