Young Carers in Space book launch
Young carer characters come to life in new book!
As part of the The Young Carers Illustration Project some of our young carers in Southwark joined 'Young Carers in Bunnyland' author and illustrator, Ana Graça and publisher John Bangs to use their imaginations to create characters and a story for a second book: Young Carers in Space.
On Saturday 18th October, we were delighted to join two other young carer service providers aboard The Golden Hinde for the launch and see those characters come to life.
We had a great day, listening to Ana read her story and Rab Ferguson, author of The Late Crew read extracts from his books.
