Welcome to our Havering Carers Support Service
We support unpaid carers aged 16 and over who live in, or care for someone living in, the London Borough of Havering.
You may be a carer if you:
- Help someone with washing, dressing, or household tasks,
- Support someone to manage medication or appointments,
- Provide emotional support or supervision,
- Help someone who struggles due to illness, disability, mental health needs, learning differences, or substance misuse.
If this sounds like you, you are a carer, and you deserve support.
Our free services are designed to provide a full range of support in ways to suit you, whether that’s one-to-one, in a group, online or in person. We will help you to improve your health and wellbeing, balance your caring role with your own needs and aspirations, and to care safely, confidently and effectively.
