Imago awarded 'Awards for All' funding!
We've been awarded National Lottery 'Awards for All' funding for Dial2Drive!
We have been awarded £17,950 from the The National Lottery 'Awards for All' funding to support the continued development of our volunteer transport service, Dial2Drive, over the next 12 months.
Dial2Drive provides an affordable and accessible transport option for adults across West Kent who are unable to use public transport due to older age, illness, or disability. This funding will help us build on the success of our recent volunteer recruitment drive, allowing us to grow and strengthen our network so we can support even more people in our community.
On Friday 24th April, we welcomed Tunbridge Wells MP, Mike Martin, to our Head Office in Lamberhurst to celebrate this milestone with the team and to tell him more about the value of our Dial2Drive service in West Kent.
I’m delighted that Imago Community has secured this funding for Dial2Drive. Community transport services play a crucial role in tackling isolation and ensuring people can remain active and independent in the Borough. This is a great boost for local residents who rely on this support.
