Service update December 2025
From 8th December 2025, we are no longer able to accept new referrals into this service.
Kent County Council has made the decision to end the current Community Navigation contract as part of their recent consultation on Wellbeing Services. We are required to work within these arrangements.
Our priority is to ensure you feel supported and connected to the right help. Here’s what we can still offer:
- Light-touch assessment: we can complete a short assessment to understand your situation and identify the most appropriate support in your area,
- Referral and signposting: we will refer and signpost you to trusted organisations or Adult Social Care for ongoing support,
- Crisis support: we will ensure you receive the right support from the right service.
