Do you need volunteers to support your work in the community?
We offer volunteer recruitment support to help local charities and community groups find amazing people to support their work. Whether you need regular volunteers or help for one-off events, we can connect you with enthusiastic individuals ready to make a real difference in your community.
Promote your opportunities
We can promote your volunteering opportunities for free through our monthly volunteering newsletter, on our Facebook page and directly to potential volunteers.
To advertise any West Kent opportunities, please email the team.
Volunteer Managers and Coordinators Forum
We host a forum for anyone working with volunteers in local charities and community groups to meet, connect, share ideas and work together. It’s a chance to stay updated on training opportunities, new ideas and changes in legislation. Recent meetings have included sessions on DBS checks, sighted guide and dementia awareness.
We meet regularly in a hybrid format, so you can join us in person or online. In-person meetings move around West Kent to different locations, making it easier for everyone to take part and get involved.

Thank you for making the volunteer forum meetings so accessible. We’re a small charity and can’t always get to meetings in person, joining online works really well for us.
