You are invited to come along to the next Carers Forum in Hextable

Join us to hear the latest updates and feed into improving the support our service offers. There will be additional information on carers rights. We will have a table full of carers rights leaflets and a goody bag with carers rights info in.  There is going to be the usual buffet lunch provided.

 

Guest speakers include:

  • Disability Assist (DIAL)
    Disability Assist’s vision is a world where disabled people can live as independently as possible. This means that they have the same access to the opportunities enjoyed by their non-disabled peers and are included in society as full and equal citizens
  • Alzheimer and Dementia Services (ADSS)
    An award winning charity, dedicated to empowering those living with Dementia to live well
  • Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS)
    Local fire services who can conduct home assessments to ensure your home is safe
