We are welcoming all unpaid carers in Dartford and Swanley to a bring your own picnic
Join us on Westminster Fields in Horton Kirby for a chance to enjoy some fresh air, sunshine and time spent together with other carers, celebrating all of the amazing things you do!
Please bring your own picnic, and garden chairs. A small selection of refreshments will be available, alongside lawn games and music.
