We provide emotional and practical support, along with information and guidance to help ease the stress carers can experience.
We can help you to balance your caring responsibilities with your own needs.

Our services cover Kent (Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale), Lewisham, Havering and the City of London (the Square Mile).

Kent

We support unpaid adult carers and young adult carers in Kent, (Dartford, Swanley, Gravesham and Swale).

Our free services and support groups are designed to provide a full range of support for unpaid carers in person and online.

Lewisham

Support for unpaid carers of all ages across the borough of Lewisham.

Our free services are designed to provide a full range of support for all eligible carers, whether you are a young person or an adult, in ways to suit you, whether that’s one-to-one, in a group, online or in person.

City of London

Support for unpaid carers aged 16+ in the City of London.

Carer Poverty Coalition open letter to the Chancellor – Autumn Budget 2025
