We are delighted to announce the launch of exciting new projects across Kent and Medway, supporting vulnerable people towards greater independence and wellbeing.

The projects will deliver Wellbeing Navigation services across Medway and Care Navigation  in North Kent for vulnerable adults and a brand new Department of Health funded Social Prescribing service for Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley areas;

These new projects provide a range of exciting employment opportunities to join Imago’s expanding, friendly team.  We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals, with a drive and passion for bringing about positive change to the lives of others.
